Capabilities
Five Thin Layers
With our five-layer sleeve capability, we are able to build-in barrier protection properties as well as maintain the memory, feel and printing advantage of a plastic tube. Thus, you are able to fill the tubes with more agressive products, while maintaining product integrity.
Precision Shaping
Vacuum sizing of the sleeves is the most advanced calibration technology in the tube-making field. This is one of the the many advantages our highly sophistsicated extruders provide. In addition, the specially designed cutter and highly accurate regulating system ensures size and shape correctness...every time.
Heads Up
We can tell you that we have the finest heading machine in the world. But you will know it when you see the consistency accurate threads and orifices. We also have the ability to accomodate a wide variety of caps and closures, from screw caps to dispensing and flip-tops.
Cool Head
We have the most technologically advanced header in the industry because it is cool It allows us to compression mold head styles to ensure consistent color without the fade out.
