DESIGN PREPRESS:

BELLWYCK Packaging Solutions offers an in-house design and prepress department with highly skilled designers and state-of-the-art CAD technology for your structural design needs. We have the ability to create a completely new and exciting structural or graphic design, provide multiple white samples or full color mockups

Additionally, our brand new Computer-To-Plate (CTP) system offers best-in-class speed and accuracy.

Clients may view digital soft proofs online complete with separations, receive color lasers from our HP system or receive our CTP generated proofs on the proper substrate for true color accuracy.

PRINTING: 

Our custom fit and highly standardized printing presses set BELLWYCK above the competition for your complete printing and packaging needs. Our innovative technology which includes a brand new 2013 model 8 color+coating printing press with full inter-deck UV drying is perfect for clients seeking multi color, high-quality, attention-grabbing packaging  on a variety of substrates.

Our expertise is in producing pristine and consistent sheets with industry leading minimal color variation. Additionally we are proficient in both flexographic and screen printing which offer our clients a wide variety of decorating techniques that help distinguish their products from the masses.

FINISHING:

FOIL STAMPING

For an eye-catching, reflective image, we also provide foil stamping (hot stamping) using foil films rather than inks. In this process, an image is transferred to a package surface by applying heat and pressure to a roll of film or foil using a special dye, a wide selection or foil colors, finishes and effects are available, including gold, silver and colored metallics such as marble, leather, wood and pearl.

DIECUTTING

BELLWYCK’s die cutting department boasts leading edge equipment for carton embossing and debossing, as well as cutting or creasing for plastic substrates. Laser cut dies crafted by our structural design department ensure total accuracy in the final product. We also offer blanking to ensure large runs are processed quickly and efficiently.

GLUING

BELLWYCK is proud to handle complex carton styles with intricate gluing patterns using a special gluer equipped with 8 high-pressure guns and 3 hot melt applicators. All machines feature barcode scanning to prevent desegregation and advanced detection systems to monitor glue application. Substandard cartons are automatically ejected.
