Bormioli Pharma S.p.A. has announced its successful completion of its acquisition of Remy & Geiser GmbH (“R&G”), a German company active in the business of plastic and glass primary packaging mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry.

The acquisition is a significant step on the growth path that Bormioli Pharma has undertaken since December 2017, when it became an independent company owned by Triton Investment Fund.

R&G develops, manufactures and sells closures, dosing systems, pipette droppers and tubular glass vials. R&G employs approximately 270 people and operates through 2 plants located in Germany (Schleusingen and Altenfeld).
