Nowadays more and more new materials are applied into cosmetic packages to help us create beauty. Following our newsletter of thick-walled PET bottle in April, we’d like to share another exciting new pack today, the thick-walled PETG bottle.

Due to its clarity and heavy wall / bottom, it looks like glass, acrylic or thick-walled PET etc instead of a conventional plastic. But it also stands out from these comparisons due to its 2 distinctive features,

1) Unlike PET mostly presenting in cylindrical shape due to its material limits, you can release your imagination on PETG bottles. It can realize whatever shape you want for a bottle, spherical, heart-shaped, even a butterfly, or any others where your creation brings you to.

2) Excellent light-transmittance of 91%. -- Which means its clarity is comparable with acrylic, better than thick-walled PET, not to mention the traditional glass.

By the way, you can also freely decorate the bottle by coloring in-mold, silk-screen print, and hot stamping. And it has extraordinary shock resistance due to its plastic nature, which ensures transportation safety and can keep as bright as new during daily bumps.

The 2 models shown here are 2 examples of PETG. -- One in classical cylindrical shape, one in oval, total glassy look, but free in color and transportation damage worry free. You can design better, and we’ll make it into realization.
