At our US plant, we've launched the absolute latest innovation in plastic tube technology called the ESTube (Easy Supply Tube). The ESTube is an injection-molded plastic tube with an in-mold label, and it’s the ultimate solution for the plastic industry. This technology combines superior decoration with improved supply chain performance and optimal run sizes. It also reduces lead-times and provides the best TCO (total cost of ownership) in the market.

Rather than use long, extruded tubes that are snipped and shaped, the ESTube uses a number of pre-decorated film labels fed into a system that injects plastic into them, quickly shaping and assembling them with tube heads. In fact, when combined with CTL's advanced printing techniques, incredible and unique runs can be created.

The ESTube is the culmination of nearly 10 years of research and experimentation on existing, proven technologies.
