Paul Gill has been a member of the Envirolite team since 1997. He came to us as he was looking to join an organisation that had excellent environmental credentials and was also going places.

A commitment to solving people’s packaging problems has shaped Paul’s career and there’s not much he doesn’t know about getting to the bottom of a situation and designing a smart solution that’s going to stand the test of time.

Paul works closely with clients from a range of sectors to identify creative opportunities to save money and reduce damage rates. By taking a full and detailed brief, Paul will get to the bottom of what’s causing an issue to discover how a packaging system can be improved.

Working with our in-house design team, Paul will develop a range of scenarios that will solve his client’s unique problem, each with varying features and benefits. 3D CAD models will be developed and presented to the client to illustrate how the system will work and where things get really clever. Once a route is agreed, Paul will manage the ongoing trial of the system to ensure any opportunities for further development are identified and acted upon.

Even after the refined and approved product has been signed off and is into the market, Paul will continue to support the client and ensure that the system is performing as it should be.
