Efficient Engineering has had one objective since its inception in 1984, to become a national leader and a hub for local and international firms to get its products without compromising on cost or quality. Today, we at Efficient Engineering have managed to progress further with that vision. With great quality goods, rigorous and highly efficient management, original product design, and superior services, the company has emerged as a notable establishment. Concurrently investing into our people and suitability initiatives. In 2022 we achieved a Broze rating from EcoVadis and we are well on our way to obtaining ISO certifications for environmental management and occupational health and safety standards. 

Consistent investments and significant modifications in production facilities with automation, robotics, and centralised documentation systems for more efficient manufacturing processes have allowed us to develop and grow for over three decades, establishing ourselves as industry leaders.

With clients including L’Oréal, Lakme, Garnier, Maybelline, and Purplle, to name a few, we have solidified ourselves as a major player in the national cosmetic packaging market providing companies with off-the-shelf or tailor-made packaging for various products, based on specifications of the customer.

We operate a 30,000-square-foot production facility with in-house manufacturing, painting, and assembly capabilities. Robotic arms, a specialised hot air drier, a dehumidifier and other amenities are included on all the moulding machines. The company’s post-moulding decoration process is well-known in the industry, and comprises in-house processes including hot foil stamping, transfer foil, pad printing, and screen printing, as well as a network of supplier partners for UV lacquering and metallization.

Efficient Engineering has two manufacturing plants, the first was established in Virar and has an area of 30,000 sq. ft. The second one was set up in Haridwar in 2019 and possesses an area of 35,000 sq. ft. The location of the plants is near the Nava Sheva port of Mumbai and multiple brand factories in the north as well, these provide strategic significance reduction of emissions, transport costs as well as for import and export of goods.
