All of our tubes are Soft Sided, Collapsible, Extruded Polyethylene plastic.
Depending on if you want your tubes to be soft and flexible or a little more stiff and rigid. We have the ability to manufacture all Tube Structures in Low (LDPE) Medium (MDPE) or High (HDPE) Densities. Different kinds of Products also require different tube structures to help maintain the stability of your material.
Structure
Mono-Layer - Available in all tube colors and finishes, this material is suitable for most products with non active chemicals.
5-Layer - Available in all tube colors and finishes, this material can replace laminate tubes and is recommended for any products like toothpaste or sunscreen that have active ingredients or essential oils that could potentially become volatile when exposed to heat or pressure sensitive environments.
Based on our Diagram, our 5-layer tubes have a middle layer called EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol) that is designed to protect your products from volatization & oxidation. Please test our tubes with your products to ensure the Ingredient Deck you are trying to house will remain stable in our packaging.

The production of Sugar Cane tubes capture CO2 rather than emit CO2 into our atmosphere which leaves a positive carbon footprint
Saving fossil resources by using biomass provides a unique potential for carbon foot print reduction
Bio-based means that the material or product is derived from biomass (plants)
Positive Land Use 1 hectare of land creates 77 tons of sugarcane, which creates 6,70 liters of Ethanol (1) & 3 tons of Green Ethylene (2), which produces 3 tons of bio-based polyethylene

Note, we do recommend the use of an Eye Mark for proper tube sealing when crimping your tubes with your centered artwork. Also take into consideration the use of a barcode on your physical tube. If you would like assistance with this do not hesitate to ask your Sales Rep for direction or testing of the barcode you have chosen to make sure it scans properly.
All art files received must be .ai or .eps, Text Outlined, Vector and sized properly for your specific tube dimensions. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Sales Rep!
Printing
We have three different print methods you can choose from depending on the design of your artwork and the way you would like it displayed on your tubes. We are able to print with all three methods on one tube so do not feel like you have choose just one for your design.

Offset Print: Up to 6 colors. Use of CMYK/4-Color Process. Gradient screens are acceptable. Feels like the ink is impregnated on the tubes and takes on the finish you have chosen for your tubes.

Silk Screen: Up to 3 colors. When you run your fingers over the art on the tube it is raised up and will always remain glossy, even on a matte finish tube.

Hot Stamping of Foils: Up to 2 colors. Slight feel to the touch. Finish remains glossy with a metallic sheen.
