"No-cap" swivel airless lotion bottles

  • Fancy & Trend

Fancy & Trend, a Taiwan-based firm specializing in high quality cosmetic and skin care packaging, has developed a new series of "no-cap" swivel airless lotion bottles. Differing from ordinary lotion bottles, these bottles don't have separate caps so consumers don't have to worry about the caps coming loose when they put the bottles in their bags.

Made out of polypropylene (PP), one of the best chemical-resistant materials, the inner bottle is suitable for all types of special skin care formulae.

One of the most revolutionary innovations of the lotion bottle design is the swivel pump mechanism completely removing the problem of leaking lotion resulting from caps that come loose, allowing greater portability of the bottle, and the swivel mechanism functions very well before and after each usage.

The bottles are available in different capacities, offering a range of options for companies who wish to introduce several formulae to the market within their brand lines.

The ABS pump, collar and base allow for customization using various decoration effects such as metallization, spraying and printing. The SAN outer bottle is transparent and can also be decorated using a variety of industry printing techniques enabling the lotion bottles to stand out on the shelf according to any product line style.
