Fancy & Trend, a Taiwan-based firm specializing in high quality cosmetic and skin care packaging, has released a new line of squeezable Polyethylene (PE) bottles with a variety of roll-on applicators, designed for thicker formulae.
In the past, roll-on packaging was designed for powder or liquid products such as deoderant, glitter eye shadow or perfume. As a result, these kinds of packaging were made from hard plastic, like ABS or SAN. Nowadays, however, more and more gel formulae are being used, and packaging made from hard plastic has become unsuitable to the product.
For this reason, Polyethylene (PE), with excellent chemical resisting capabilities and ability to create a squeezable container (as well as bring 100% recyclable) has became one of the most ideal materials to contain and apply these formulae.
Unlike regular extrusion Polyethylene (PE) tubes, these roll-on bottles are injection molded, so that the product can stand firmly on consumers’ dressing tables.
Furthermore, with a fixator inside the cap, the roller balls can be held and sealed to ensures consumers can throw these bottles into bags without any possible leakage, even though the bottles can be squeezed.
Featuring mono or trio roller ball applicators made of plastic and stainless steel, the company ensures that consumers can find suitable bottles for their formulae & target market.
