Demand for airtight package is mostly rooted in skin care or foundation products in order to keep from drying out, maintain the SPF claim, and to maintain the product’s integrity. Sustainability is another demand due to green topics prevailed in consumer products industry.

Orientated from these requests, Eco Airtight is a newly created pump structure at GCC.

Features of this new creation:

LIGHTWEIGHT AND LESS PLASTIC CONSUMPTION

Reduces up to 70% plastic consumption during production compared to the traditional airtight bottle, the new eco airtight bottle is much lighter than a conventional syringe vacuum bottle. Minimal assembly and shipping cost within the minimum usage of plastic, it claims well as a green package.

INNOVATION AIRTIGHT SYSTEM

Unlike any traditional airless bottle’s appearance, you can only tell the difference from the normal bottle when using the pump. Eco Airtight inner bottle with Surlyn makes it more transparent to look into the formula. After pressing the pump, inner pouch shrinks and laminated on the outer bottle. The airless pump mechanism dispenses all of the formula down to the last drop.

VERSATILE OUTER SHAPE

Outer bottle use PETG which is highly compatible with most cosmetic formulations and known as 100% recyclable. Inner bottle is made of Surlyn, with good impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and clarity, which is widely used for extremity orthotics and flexible prosthetic sockets. The excellent performance of flexibility makes the bottle enable to customizable tooling for any shape.
