Giflor, the Italian firm behind the latest advances in closures like the Eco Low Profile, has announced that it will be expanding its offering to include liners in its broad range of caps and other closures, providing clients with a simple and cost-effective way to provide a proper seal on products.
The new liners can go a long way with regard to making sure products stay where they're supposed to, by ensuring the connection between the cap and the container remains inviolate. It's the simplest way there is it guarantee products won't leak when in transport or when being used in the home. It also provides a higher degree of containment so that products can be stored for longer, as environmental gasses can't find there way in to affect the product adversely. Both oxidation and degradation can be avoided by adding in a simple seal which adds very little to the final price tag.
A wide range of bottle materials lend themselves well to induction sealing, including PET, HDPE, PVC, PE, PP, PS, PLA, glass, and metal. Giflor's cylindrical closures (neck finishes 20/410, 20/415, 24/410, 24/415, 28/410 and 38/400) can be provided with liners, in accordance with customer's needs and the different types of products to be offered.
In order to ensure the correct fit and the proper sort of seal for specific applications, Giflor offers various sealing options, including IHS (sealing through induction) and pressure sensitive sealing. Combined with the company's impressive array of closure and decoration options, the new sealing offer means that Giflor, that has always been a first choice for topping products, is now even more so.
