As a leading supplier of cosmetic packaging, Hana has released its Dual Screw Airless Dispenser in Korea. This dispenser has a completely different mechanism compared to that of the existing airless system.

This dual screw airless dispenser can handle ”high viscous products” and pumps very delicately. The dual dispenser discharges two different formulas through two different holes by just pumping once. In a two chamber system, the amount discharged is consistent, regardless of different viscosity levels. The last bit of material is processed simultaneously, and the discharge amount is easy to adjust - ranging from 0.05cc to 0.5cc. Moreover, it endures temperature changes and long-time storage. The simple fill-in process reduces production costs.

Since this technology has been patented by Hana, the dual screw pump can be customized in various design moulds according to client needs.
