Hoffmann a global provider of high-quality packaging for a broad array of industries and applications, will showcase its full portfolio of tins at Webpackaging LIVE, a virtual exhibition billed as a modern alternative to physical shows. Offering international exposure, the extended exhibit – participants have their products featured from September 1 through November 30 – employs 3D technology to optimally showcase a wide variety of packaging solutions for a broad array of applications, including tobacco and cannibis, personal care, and nutritional products.  

Hoffmann supplies a range of tins for a variety of applications. For dry and semi-dry highly concentrated or enriched products, such as food supplements or hemp-derived products – the company’s Child Resistant (CR) Tins combine child-resistance, product protection/efficacy and attractive aesthetics. Compliant with requirements in various global markets, the certified child-resistant containers are 70mm in diameter and available in volumes of 50ml, 100ml and 500ml. 

Hoffmann’s CR Tins are made of tinplate steel with a polypropylene (PP) plastic insert, which offers an aroma barrier while retaining the package’s overall recyclability. The tin satisfies the child resistance standard for 16 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1,700.1. For decoration flexibility, they can come either in basic silver for easy labeling, or as full-color, custom-printed tins.
