Injection Moulding

Closures and jars are manufactured using injection machines to achieve consistent production quality. Our injection presses range from 170 tons to 500 tons for one color injection and/or two-color injection. Our hot runner technology offers great efficiency providing faster cycle time and waste reduction.

We provide decoration services including direct silkscreen printing, hot stamping, labeling and shrink sleeve. With this service-added final touch to packaging, rather than delivering only plain packaging, we can also offer fully decorated packaging.
