INVOPAK, the UK’s largest supplier of rigid containers to industry, is delighted to announce that it has been appointed as the sole UK agent for Spanish manufacturer, IMTO, along with its sister company, MANUPAK.

INVOPAK has more than 60 years’ experience of sourcing, stocking and supplying a huge range of packaging items and is constantly reviewing both its suppliers and product lines to ensure it offers the widest range possible for its industrial customers.

IMTO produces a range of packaging containers used in a number of industrial applications – INVOPAK showcased the innovative company’s conical, nestable open top steel drums at Packaging Innovations in February where it received an excellent response from buyers.

Sales Director, Scott Sandilands, says, “Our agreement with IMTO is hugely significant – its conical open top steel drums are the only product of its kind in the UK and have vast benefits for customers in terms of transportation and storage.

“The new design means 40 220ltr drums can be supplied on a pallet instead of the current eight which is all that is possible when transporting traditional drums.”

IMTO’s steel drums, designed for transporting and storing hazardous substances, are available in sizes ranging from 40 – 220 litres, can be supplied in a variety of colours and are UN certified.
