A recognised know-how

Already a pioneer in the manufacturing of corrugated litho printed boxes in the 70's, LGR Packaging constantly innovates, so much in the product itself (composition, forms, inserts, new functions...) as in the process. LGR was among the first manufacturers that mastered on line corrugation and lamination, then double/double solutions, and more recently large format double gluing with poly-joiner. The Reine plant in Oyonnax is setting up a very large format line (2050), what is an epoch-making event in the sector.

LGR Packaging produces more than 350 million boxes per year and proposes a large diversity of products, using all kinds of flute (G, F, E, B, C and double layer) that can be litho printed. Food retailing, household goods, electronics for mass consumption, toys, wine boxes and bag in boxes are some of the main aimed activity sectors.

Actually offset micro fluting presents a huge potential of development. It competes with solid board carton packaging for the heavy weight category. It is also an appealing and competitive alternative to corrugated flexographic solutions for marketed products that require attractive printing.
