    For many years, Nolato Jaycare has continually pushed the boundaries of energy efficiency in its drive towards a “Net Zero” manufacturing philosophy.

    With the support of strategic partners, Nolato Jaycare has focused on eliminating energy-hungry hydraulic systems and replacing them with innovative, servo-driven solutions for all tooling, molding, and press-side automation.

    In 2024, Nolato Jaycare was awarded first prize at the UK Plastic Industry Awards in the category of Strategic Supplier Partnership for its approach to "Net Zero" Tech Investment.

    Together with partners Sumitomo (SHI) Demag a Hi-Tech Automation, Nolato Jaycare developed manufacturing solutions across a range of injection moulding platforms that improved energy efficiency by over 75% and OEE by over 30%, at the same time repurposing older assets for newer applications, keeping costs to a minimum and maintaining an optimum carbon footprint.
