Show Features
New for 2016, The Dieline Conference London, the first ever to appear outside the US, will deliver a series of sessions from both leading and emerging brands, as well as packaging suppliers and design agencies, to discuss the challenges and opportunities that arise when designing for a brand.
For the first time, The Starpack Awards, now in its 58th year, will be hosted at Packaging Innovations and Luxury Packaging London 2016. The objective of the Starpack Awards Scheme is to identify innovation in packaging design and technology, recognising invention, environmental impact and functionality.
Catherine Monahan, Founder and CEO at Daemon & Genius, Antoinette Devine, a renowned expert in packaging and Steven Sturgeon, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, will be headlining this year’s Drinks Symposium. Each speaker will share knowledge, and first-hand experiences on how packaging can help win the hearts and minds of the consumer.
Britvic, Harrods and Young’s Seafood are just some of the major names who will take to the stage as part of the free-to-attend Learnshop seminar programme, which will run across three theatres throughout the two days. It will include an opening interview and Q&A with Mark Pawsey MP and Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Packaging Group. Visitors will be invited to submit their questions for Mark in the run up to the show.
The Beauty Forum, as well as, The Great Innovation Debate, and The Innovation Wall, return, offering yet more educational and inspirational content to its visitors. Plus, there will be an opportunity to network with likeminded individuals at The Networking Bar, placed in the centre of the hall, with Champagne Hour happening at 14:30-15:30 on both days throughout the show halls.
