Oral care and pharmaceutical tube lines

The LMS2 side-seamer is the perfect solution for overlapped laminate tubes ABL or PBL, and ideal for oral care tube production. It is easy to operate, offers a wide variety of web and diameter ranges and can be combined with any heading machine.

Through the offer of a wide machine portfolio, PackSys Global provides fully integrated solutions which enables manufacturers to combine machines according to specific needs.

The LT125 is composed of a seamer, a multi-station compression molding header, and an integrated capper with the option to handle oriented caps.

The seamer includes features such as fixed roll-stands, in combination with a semi-automatic splice table. Its integrated capper is equipped with linear motors which enables tube production with both push-on and screw caps, and this autonomous 8-station unit can be offered with PackSys Global's optional in-house top seal device.
