The ability of Proseal tray sealers to be retrofitted with the company’s latest advanced technologies means current customers do not need to invest in new equipment to enjoy their benefits – which further enhance the speed and efficiency of fruit packaging operations – but can simply fit them onto their existing machines.

Proseal, the leading supplier of tray sealing solutions to the soft fruit industry, will showcase its E-seal, I-Film, Pro Motion, and Pro-Tect technologies at this year´s Fruit Focus.

The energy-saving E-seal® offers high-precision seals with an increased force of 700%, while achieving a 92% reduction in compressed air usage. Pro-Motion provides a 30% increase in production throughput by using following motion and intelligent buffering technology, which enables trays to feed continuously into the sealer.

I-Film ensures effective monitoring of film diameter to enhance high-speed online printing. Pro-Tect, an advanced contactless user log-in security system, allows individual access for each authorised machine operator, with differentiation between levels of authorisation.

Proseal’s extensive tray sealer range includes semi-automatic and automatic models suitable for a wide range of soft fruit production and packing line requirements, with sealing speeds of up to 210 packs per minute.
