Pujolasos, a leading Spanish company specialized in developing and manufacturing wooden packaging for the fragrance and cosmetic markets, has launched a new brand: the Wood&Twist® line.  The line is comprised of a new wooden twist cap to be used with a flexible bottle or tube using 24/410 neck GCMI.  The shape can be adapted to any bottle developed.

The use of wood as a functional element, provides a project with a high-quality, innovative, distinctive, stylish and environmentally friendly option that adds value to a brand by upscaling the total packaging presentation.

The company unveiled a new website last October dedicated to fostering interest in the benefits of distinctive wood packaging.

• Containers are made of highly compatible PP
• 24/410 GCMI neck, internal neck section is 18.1mm (+/-0.1mm) and neck height is 16mm (+/-0.2mm)
• Screwing force over 1.1 N.m
• Unscrewing force is 0.5 N.m
• Locking open/close force is 0.2 N.m

Wooden cap

• Made of gorgeous, eminently decoratable ash wood
• Fumigation process in the treatment of the wood
• PEFC certification (to bolster the sustainability of our forests and ensure logging control)
• Moisture resistant lacquer in accordance with REACH certification
• Glue resistance to torsion force: upper 180 N.m
• Available in any desired color ( wenge, tobacco, natural, white, black, and more)
