Renato Lusa has a 50 years experience in the production of Flexible Packaging for alimentary products.
The company was set up in 1959 by its founder Mr. Renato as a sole trader specializing in the manufacture of aluminum calibers and rubber stamps.
In time, production diversification has been put in place to meet the market requirements, following an essential process of industrial and technological development.
In the 70s, 80s and 90s the founder’s sons Gianni and Maurizio, became part of the company. In these years the company has developed both in size and market positioning, becoming at all effects a reliable partner able to compete on both local and international markets.
In recent years the third Lusa’s generation entered in the business giving to the company a family character which together with the growing professional competence are decisive factors to guarantee high quality products and a complete and efficient service.
Renato Lusa deals mainly with the packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen food, vacuum sealed products, bakery products and confectionary industry. With the experience acquired in the field of flexible packaging the company has been able to develop production processes with the most innovative and advanced solutions, able to combine the different materials depending on the product characteristics and the shelf-life required. Every step of the production process undergoes steady and severe quality controls together with a system which guarantees the right traceability at each step.
The production plant of about 15.000 square meters is located in Massa Lombarda over an area of about 40.000 square meters.
