About us

We are a medium-sized family run company with at the moment approximately 115 employees.

Our company was founded in 1980 by Mr. Rolf Bayer and is now existing for 35 years.
In the first years after founding the company we produced mainly all kinds of vacuum bags and shrink
bags.
Over the years we have continuously extended our production scheme by steady new
investments in new and modern machines.

Next to our bag production, we now also manufacture thermoforming top- and bottom films,
printed lidding films with up to ten colours and flow-pack films in market requested compositions.

All qualities of our thermoforming and rigid films are being produced exact to measures and fitting
for all available packing machines on the market.

With our highly up to date laminating facilities, we can produce market-conform films.

We print – on clients request – our films in flexo- or rotogravure -print-. .
Our machines are printing on the latest state of art.

Designated companies of the food-industry, which produce meat, fish, cheese, pasta and sweets
are among our clients.

Furthermore, we supply to designated clients in the field of medical and technical products.

Our service department and application technology is an important part of our company,
which is here for all clients to help with word and deed.

Since the founding of our company it has always been our aim and principle to give
our clients professional advice, as the success of our costumers is also our success.

Since 2008 we have been certified successfully BRC-IoP.
The certification is being updated on an annual basis.
