Platform technologies for tamper-evident packaging

With its secondary and tertiary packaging solutions, Romaco Promatic provides the pharmaceutical industry with a user-friendly platform for manufacturing tamper-evident packaging. The Promatic technologies are flexibly configurable and meet all the requirements of EU Regulation 2016/161 on anti-tampering devices for medicines, which came into force on February 9.

Markus Regner has been appointed new Managing Director of the Karlsruhe (Germany) based Romaco Pharmatechnik GmbH. Together with Romaco CFO/COO Carsten Strenger, he is responsible for the running of the facility where Romaco’s Noack and Siebler brands are manufactured.

Truking acquires 75.1 percent of Romaco shares

The sale of the Romaco Group to the Truking Group was finally completed on June 30, 2017. From now on, 75.1 percent of all Romaco shares will be held by Truking. After concluding the contract of sale, the Truking management took the opportunity to introduce themselves personally to the Romaco workforce.
