Thrace Group’s subsidiary, Thrace NG, has received the official certification for the Energy Management System.

Constantly working towards improving its performance in a sustainable way and having its energy management procedures updated, the group was certified with the international ISO 50001:2011 standard, that certifies the efficient and sustainable use of energy for improved performance.

In accordance with TÜV AUSTRIA procedures, the company meets the global requirements for the “Production, quality control, printing and conversion of geosynthetics, geotextiles and geotextile-related products, agrotextiles, special/ technical/ industrial woven and nonwoven fabrics, geogrids, geonets and composites of the above, circular fabrics, ropes, webbings and twines, multifilament CF & BCF yarns, nets, nonwoven spunbond fabrics, multi-layer technical membranes and laminated fabrics”.

The certification was conducted in accordance with TÜV AUSTRIA auditing and certification procedures and is subject to regular surveillance audits.
