Today our applicators can be found across a number of distribution chains, dispensing some of today’s most popular gels and lotions; including the HandsFree Brand of Sunscreen. Our skills:

Tubes & Applicators offers a broad range of services, from tube and applicator design to labeling. Tubes & Applicators takes a basic squeeze tube and adds an innovative applicator to the tip of the tube. This HandsFree applicator consists of an applicator shoulder, applicator sponge and cap. It can be manufactured using a number of different materials depending on the gel, cream or lotion that is being dispensed through it. Our tubes can be manufactured using either a round or oval configuration in a number of different lengths and volumes.

A variety of applicators are available for most personal care products and industrial uses. For example, a tube with a cosmetic sponge is great for makeup application and skin treatments, and the minicell sponges are great for applying gels, creams or lotions into the skin. The body wash and buff sponges are best for soaps and scrubbing uses. As you can see, there is an applicator for every application.
