New caps are brighter and more environmentally friendly

  • Virospack

Committed to caring for the environment, Virospack has long been working with the goal of continuous improvement to be increasingly more respectful of our planet. This improvement has meant a heavy economic investment, as well as full participation by Virospack's employees. The improvements apply to all of the company's processes, from the design, development, manufacture, decoration and assembly, to the sales and delivery of products.

Faithful to this commitment to the planet whilst still offering customization and the best packaging solution for each brand according to their wishes, Virospack presents a new injection cap range with premium finishes.

The new range of caps has an injected plastic shell and a glossy finish achieved without paint. As these caps don't require ink, CO2 emissions and environmental impact are both reduced.

Virospack's new glossy plastic line of caps benefit from a more luxury, luminous, brighter look without the requirement to metallize them, making them therefore more sustainable.

These brighter, more environmentally friendly PP caps have been incorporated into Virospack's catalogue of standard references, thus expanding its extensive range. The caps can be injected in a large variety of colours, as well as in a custom brand colour.

The cap has a 20/410 neck, and will soon be available in 24/410 too, to fit perfectly with all the bottles on the market with these necks.
