Viva Packaging continues to push the stick industry to new heights. The company introduced a trending and innovative addition to its sustainable product line at LuxePack New York, unveiling its collaboration with Serena Williams' brand, Will Perform, and the development of a new refillable stick that includes a convenient built-in hang tag, ideal for on-the-go scenarios like gym use.

These refill sticks have been carefully designed to be as sustainable as possible without compromising their final look. The company's 2K molding capability enables the molding of two different resins (in this specific case, TPE for the hang tag and PP for the cap) as well as the use of two different colors (natural PP and pink TPE). The entire product is mono-material since TPE belongs to the PP family, meaning it does not need to be disassembled before being discarded for recycling.

Further enhancing the eco-friendly solution, the Will Perform stick is made entirely of Post Consumer Recycled Plastic, except for the cap. Inspired by its predecessors, such as Sol de Janeiro, these circular sticks also feature mono-material refill cartridges that can be effortlessly swapped in and out of the outer casing to complete a 100% sustainable solution.
