MD Oval snap-on 27 TE

This oval valve closure has two patented tamper evident (TE) functions. The first one is clearly visible at the front. This anti-tamper strip is broken automatically when the consumer opens the lid for the first time. The second one is a breaking rim at the inner backside that cracks the closure wall when the closure is separated from the bottle. This way the consumer is fully assured of first use. There is no need for an extra security label.

The MaxiDose Oval TE has a pretentious and functional design. The lid can be opened and closed conveniently with one hand thanks to the practical butterfly hinge. The lid covers the complete top of the closure and can therefore be used for engraving to customise the closure with a logo or other design. Top-down use of the bottle is also feasible.

Dispensing/Dosing Notes WP developed a proprietary 11 mm silicone valve solution with a patented technique. The silicone material has a memory for long term seal quality and the opening/closing mechanism. Good temperature resistance is another advantage to give excellent dispensing opportunities for a wide range of viscosities and product applications.
