B.I. Packaging makes just about everything conceivable - trigger sprayers, lotion pumps, perfume sprayers, aluminium jars and bottles, plastic jars, containers, tubes, and paper boxes.  The company has just released a new trigger sprayer that features no metal parts for easy recycling.

The sprayer comprises all the standard options of a trigger sprayer - a twist on/off flow regulator; a wide plastic dip tube for quick product suction; a fair sized aperture that can be controlled with the flow control regulator to provide misting or streaming.  The kicker is that it does exctly what every other sprayer does WITHOUT using a metal spring mechanism, meaning it can be used with a wide array of household chemical products.  It also makes a perfect selection for liquid products in the personal care or cosmetic sectors, as the lack of a spring cuts down on contamination.
